Moving Lymph Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for Moving Lymph Pty Ltd (the Promoter). It applies to all stakeholders, including Participants, Organisers, New Students, and Returning Therapists.

Refunds and Cancellations Made Simple

  • Registration: Your $25 Initial Registration Fee goes toward your first course if you're eligible. It’s non-refundable if you change your mind.

  • Refunds: Online courses are non-refundable. Practical courses are refundable, but the closer you cancel to the start date, the less you’ll get back.

    • Full refund if you cancel early (before confirmation).

    • Partial refund if you cancel within four weeks of the course.

    • No refunds within seven days of the course.

  • Transfers: You can switch to another course without penalty if it’s early. After confirmation, there’s a $50 fee.

  • Cancelled Courses: If we cancel and can’t offer a replacement, you get your money back for the in-person parts.

  • Payment Methods: Save money by using direct debit (0% fee) instead of PayPal (3% fee).

Definitions

  • Promoter: Moving Lymph Pty Ltd, responsible for participant registration and fee collection.

  • Organiser: Entity or person managing Practical (in-person) Courses in each location.

  • Participant: Individual enrolled in any Moving Lymph Pty Ltd course.

  • New Student: First-time enrolee in a Certificate Course.

  • Returning Therapist: Graduate continuing education through additional courses.

  • Certificate Programs: Postgraduate qualifications consisting of multiple course components.

  • Online Programs: Materials delivered online via Moving Lymph Online, including Online Courses and components of Certificate Courses.

  • Practical Courses: In-person courses conducted by accredited instructors.

  • Confirmation Date: Date on which Practical Courses are confirmed, cancelled, or rescheduled.

  • Certificates:

    • Completion: Viewing all course materials without assessment.

    • Attendance: Attending all Practical Course components without assessment.

    • Achievement: Meeting course requirements and passing all assessments.

Course Fees

Initial Registration Fee $50

  • New Students must submit their substantive qualifications for eligibility verification. If ineligible, a $25 refund will be provided.

  • Verified eligibility credits the Initial Registration Fee toward the first Course Enrolment.

Enrolment Fees

  • Online Course Fees: Apply to all Online Programs.

  • Practical Course Fees: Cover in-person and online components.

  • Deposits: A $250 deposit is required to secure a spot in each Practical Course.

  • Late Enrolment Fee: $25 fee for enrolments made within four weeks of the Practical Course start date.

  • Early Payment Offers: Discounts are available for full payment before the Confirmation Date.

Payment Methods and Bank Fees

  • Direct Debit: 0% fee.

  • Credit Card: 2% fee.

  • PayPal: 3% fee.

Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Items
•    Initial Registration Fee.
•    Online Courses or Course Components.
•    Bank charges.

Cancelled Courses

  • Full refund of Practical Course Fees if no suitable alternative is available.

  • Online components delivered remain non-refundable, and a Certificate of Completion will be issued if relevant.

Participant Transfers

  • Before Confirmation Date: Practical Course Fees may be transferred or deferred without penalty.

  • After Confirmation Date: Administrative fee of $50 applies.

  • Fee Adjustments:

    • Additional fees for higher-cost courses.

    • Partial refunds for lower-cost courses, excluding non-refundable items.

    • Certificate of Completion issued for completed online components.

Participant Withdrawals

  1. Before Confirmation Date

    • Full refund of Practical Course Fees, excluding Initial Registration Fee, Online Course Components, and bank charges.

  2. After Confirmation Date

    • Up to 4 weeks before start: Deposit forfeited; partial refund of remaining fees.

    • 4 weeks to 1 week before start: 50% of total fees forfeited; partial refund of remaining fees.

    • Within 7 days of start: No refunds provided.
